By creating an account or using «Social Club - Atypical» in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use «Social Club - Atypical».
• You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• You may only hold one account unless we agree otherwise and you must not create an account on behalf of someone else without permission.

When you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

• Choose a strong password and keep it private.
• Tell us immediately at contact@socialclub-atypical.com, if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• We are not responsible for any loss caused by someone using your account because you did not keep your details secure.

«Social Club - Atypical» is a space for people to connect, share and organize events. To keep it safe and welcoming, you agree not to:

• Post or share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Post sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers children — this is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
• Bully, harass, stalk, impersonate, or intimidate other users.
• Share content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
• Post spam, scams, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited advertising.
• Upload viruses or malicious code, or try to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other users' accounts.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect other users' data without permission.
• Use another user's personal information (obtained through the Platform) for commercial purposes, spam, or any illegal activity.
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in breach of any applicable law.

We may remove content or take action against accounts that break these rules — see Section 11.

"Your Content" means anything you post or upload — posts, comments, images, group and event details, and messages.

• You own your content. Posting it on «Social Club - Atypical» does not transfer ownership to us.
• You give us a license to use it. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display and share your content only as needed to operate and provide the Platform (for example, showing your post in the feed or your avatar on your profile). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where it has already been shared with others or where we must keep it for legal reasons.
• You are responsible for your content. You confirm that you have the right to post it and that it does not break these Terms or any law.
• We can remove content that breaks these Terms or that we are legally required to remove.

You can create, edit and delete your own posts, comment on posts, upload images and like content. Please keep interactions respectful. Remember that anything you post to the public feed may be seen by other users, so avoid sharing sensitive personal details you don't want to be public.

You can create groups, join or leave groups and discover groups by city or interest.

• If you create or administer a group, you are responsible for keeping it within these Terms and for the content posted in it where you have the ability to moderate it.
• We may remove groups that break these Terms or applicable law.

You can create events (with a category, date, time and location) and join events created by others.

• If you organize an event, you are responsible for the accuracy of its details and for the event itself. «Social Club - Atypical» is a tool to help you organize and discover events — we are not the organizer and are not responsible for what happens at any event.
• Attendee lists and event details you share may be visible to other users, depending on the event settings.
• You are responsible for complying with any laws, permits or safety requirements that apply to your event.

The Platform includes basic one-to-one messaging. Please use it respectfully and follow the rules in Section 4. We may access or review messages where necessary to investigate a report, keep users safe, or comply with the law, as explained in our .

Messages are stored securely on our servers. They are not end-to-end encrypted.

«Social Club - Atypical» may offer a paid Premium "Membership" with additional features. If you choose to subscribe, the following terms apply.

• Payment provider: payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store your full card details.
• Pricing and billing: the price, billing cycle (monthly or multi-month period) and what's included will be shown before you pay. Prices are in euros and include VAT as indicated at checkout.
• Automatic renewal: unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your Premium features remain active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Refunds: no refunds for monthly subscription.
• Changes to pricing: we may change subscription prices, but we will give you reasonable notice before a change affects you, and you can cancel if you don't agree.

We want «Social Club - Atypical» to be safe, so we moderate content and enforce these Terms through our admin and moderation tools. Moderation is carried out manually by our team (we do not use automated AI moderation).

If you break these Terms, we may — depending on how serious it is:

• Remove or hide the content in question
• Issue a warning
• Temporarily suspend your account or
• Permanently close your account.

You can report content or users that break these Terms using the reporting tools on the Platform, or by emailing: contact@socialclub-atypical.com. We aim to review reports promptly.

The Platform itself — including its name, logo, design, software and features — belongs to Socialability SAS or its licensors. You may use the Platform as intended, but you may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of it without our written permission.

The Platform relies on third-party services (such as Vercel, MongoDB Atlas, Cloudinary and Stripe) and may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, terms or practices of third-party services or websites. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

We work hard to keep «Social Club - Atypical» available and running well, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features (or the whole Platform) at any time, and we may carry out maintenance that temporarily interrupts the service. Where reasonable, we'll give you notice of major changes.

«Social Club - Atypical» is a platform that lets users connect and share content. We do not create or control content posted by users, and we do not endorse it. You interact with other users, join groups and attend events at your own risk. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for content posted by other users, for the conduct of other users, or for anything that happens at events organized through the Platform.
• We are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses, such as loss of data, profits or opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform.

These Terms do not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer, which remain fully in force.

If your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform causes us to suffer loss or a claim from someone else, you agree to be responsible for the reasonable, direct costs that result, to the extent the law allows. This does not apply where the loss was our fault.

• You can close your account at any time from your settings, or by contacting us. See our for what happens to your data afterwards.
• We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably believe it's necessary to protect other users or the Platform. Where appropriate, we'll tell you why.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know through the Platform or by email before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. If you continue using «Social Club - Atypical» after a change, you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, you can close your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. If a dispute arises, we'd like the chance to resolve it with you directly first — please contact us at contact@socialclub-atypical.com. If we can't resolve it, the courts of Paris/France will have jurisdiction. As an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform and you keep the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence where the law allows.
